Fannie Mae To Open Help Center In Phoenix - State News Story - KPHO Phoenix: "PHOENIX, Ariz. -- Fannie Mae is opening a new mortgage help center in Phoenix to help struggling homeowners who have loans with Fannie Mae.
Homeowners will be able to talk with English and Spanish speakers about their mortgage situation and come up with options to prevent foreclosures.
The counselors at the help center will review a borrower's loan, discuss foreclosure alternatives, and will provide help gathering documents to apply for different programs and finalizing loans.
'The opening of this mortgage help center is part of a comprehensive approach by Fannie Mae to assist distressed homeowners who may be at-risk of foreclosure,' said Jeff Hayward, Fannie Mae's senior vice president."
