"LOS ANGELES -- Thousands of homeowners who are trying to avoid foreclosure were lining up Thursday in downtown Los Angeles for free mortgage help.
The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, or NACA, is offering struggling homeowners the chance to restructure home loans at lower rates during its 'Save the Dream Tour' event.
An estimated 30,000 people are expected to attend the free, 24-hour event at the L.A. Convention Center.
